For the production of items in SiloxiHT, the same special producing technique as that of bone china is used. The base structure of the porcelain is rebalanced with magnesium. Next to this, the porcelain is undergoing to a 2-time baking process at high temperature (ca. 1310°C; glaze firing ca. 1150°C – 1180°C).  The end result is an extremely hard, extremely light-weight, extremely thin and extremely durable material called SiloxiHT. The hardness of the material improves the durability of the products and its lightness helps reduce the carbon footprint of daily operations.
